We are looking for a 2025, part-time (18-20hours/week) farmhand with previous farm or nursery experience.  Pay, $16-19/hour, based on experience. 

 

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, solid work ethic and attention to detail.  Basic garden/farm/plant knowledge is important.  This is rigorous work, often in hot summer weather, so applicants need to be in reasonable physical shape and capable of lifting 50lbs.  Applicants also need to be able to commit to the full season, March to October, so please consider that when applying.  Farm hours are typically Tu-Fr, 6am to noon.

 

We are a 1.6 acre "micro-farm" built on the principles of honoring our earth, respecting EVERYONE for being their authentic self, and continuing to learn and grow as we navigate this journey called life.  We practice regenerative, pesticide free, "no till" farming and strive to positively affect our community when and where we can.

 

Tasks throughout the season:​

• flower planting/harvesting/storing

• year round farm planning

• composting

• weeding

• path and fence repair

• irrigation

• succession planting

• (very) basic floral design, unless previous experience

• and a slew of other farm to-dos​
